Since entering the market as a broker in 2000 with his own company, Jamison and his subsequent firms have leased over one million square feet in New York City.  Jamison has leased retail, office, community facility, non-for-profit, medical, and industrial space.  Jamison leased Tesla their first showroom in New York City, International Management Group’s first museum on Chambers Street as well as having leased space to Avenues The World School, Rock Nation on West 26th Street in West Chelsea, and to Mount Sinai Hospital on East 94th Street. Other notable lease deals include transactions with tenants; such as, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Keith McNally's Restaurant Group, Hello Fresh, Stand-up MRI, The Goddard School, Bismark Phillips, and many others.
