Weiner has had success targeting well-located, undervalued assets and enhancing value through capital improvements, changes of use, obtainment of approvals from Landmark's Preservation Commission, and strategic lease-up and sales campaigns. With Weiner’s vast experience in property acquisitions, design, and development, he has been able to achieve above market risk-adjusted returns.
