Marco Gonzalez is a commercial real estate professional specializing in investment, asset and portfolio management for over 20 years. His investment management experience includes multifamily, office, industrial, retail and other specialty property types under core, value-add, opportunistic and development strategies.
In 2017, Marco founded Vistamarc Realty Advisors LLC to provide institutional quality advisory and asset management services for private investors, investment managers, developers and companies with residential and commercial property holdings. He was previously a portfolio manager for UBS Global Real Estate where he managed U.S. property investments and joint ventures for a multibillion-dollar diversified, global property fund for private clients of UBS Wealth Management. He also led a portfolio and risk management team for a multibillion-dollar Shariah-compliant, globally diversified real estate fund for HSBC private clients.
Marco holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&amp;M University. He began his professional journey with military enlistment in field artillery units of the Texas Army National Guard.

Jamison Commercial RE is a commercial real estate brokerage and development consulting company based in New York City.  We focus on leasing commercial office, medical, and retail space on The Upper East Side, Chelsea, Greenwich Village, Mid-town, FIDI, Soho, and Tribeca.  Some of our clients past and present include The Related Companies LP, Silverstein Properties, Glenwood Management, Savanna Investments to name a few. Tenants we have represented include Hello Fresh, Tesla, IMG, Keith McNally, Lehman Maupin Gallery, Mt. Sinai Hospital, and many others. We also provide consulting services like owners representation and fee development services.  We have represented buyers and sellers in the sale of commercial properties, commercial condominiums, development sites, assemblages, the purchase of air rights, the purchase and sale of inclusionary housing air rights, and vacant land.  As a development consultant, we have developed and or acted as an owners representative and a fee based real estate developer.  We have consulted on the development of commercial space buildouts, renovations of entire buildings and ground up new construction projects of residential multi-family, condominium, and commercial office buildings.  We are experts in real estate lease and contract negotiations, vendor agreement negotiations, arranging structured debt and equity,  zoning, land use, and real estate design and selecting real estate professionals for our clients such as contractors, engineers, lawyers, marketing, and architects.
