Jamison Commercial RE is a commercial real estate brokerage and development consulting company based in New York City.  We focus on leasing commercial office, medical, and retail space on The Upper East Side, Chelsea, Greenwich Village, Mid-town, FIDI, Soho, and Tribeca. We also provide consulting services like owners representation and fee development services.  We have represented buyers and sellers in the sale of commercial properties, commercial condominiums, development sites, assemblages, the purchase of air rights, the purchase and sale of inclusionary housing air rights, and vacant land.
